1.童子鸡一只洗净。

2.鸡肉焯水备用。

3.新鲜竹笋两个。

4.竹笋去皮,香菇泡发,生姜切片备用。

5.在锅中注入足够量的清水,冷水下入鸡块,大火煮滚后捞去浮沫,放入姜片和香菇。

6.炖一个半小时后,加入切好的竹笋。
